Table Rock Farm
Table Rock was founded by Scott & Florence De Golyer in 1915. Milk, sheep, dry beans and apples were the primary crops in the farm’s early years.
Today, Table Rock Farm is a 1,150 cow dairy farm supporting the families of 25 full and part-time employees. We produce over 35 million pounds of milk annually, which is made into Great Lakes Italian cheeses in Cuba, NY. We also crop over 1,800 acres of corn silage, haylage and peas. We take great pride in selling the highest quality milk and regard our role as stewards of animal and land well-being with great seriousness.
