Site: Architecture seeks ARCHITECT - Dynamic award-winning, 20-year-old design practice with diverse project base seeks committed architect with 5-15+ years experience.  We pursue site-sensitive, environmentally attuned projects and engage sustainability as an underlying ethic encompassing modern dwellings, downtown revitalization, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation as well as innovative new small civic/institutional projects. Flexible hours, project responsibility.  Previous office experience and diverse skill base essential. Our ideal candidate would have 10+ years and be interested in project and business management opportunities and a medium-term path to an ownership interest. Compensation competitive with small upstate NY practices.
